We've been here in Taimoor Nagar for a while now. It's a busy spot in NFC, and our office is at A-92 C in Namberdar Estate. Building houses is mostly what we do at Trn Homes. It’s not a big fancy office, just a practical place where we handle the daily work. We deal with the construction and helping people find places to live. To be honest, it’s hard work. Some days are just piles of paperwork and other days we are out on the actual sites. People often come by the estate to ask us about flats or available plots in the area. We try to give them straight answers without any fluff. We just tell them what’s available and what the cost is going to be. We’ve seen how this neighborhood has changed over the years. It used to be much quieter, but now there is a lot more traffic and noise. Our team is small, just a few of us managing the local projects. We handle the bricks and mortar side of things, trying to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. It takes a lot of coordination with the laborers and the suppliers. Sometimes the deliveries show up late, which is a real headache. But that's just how the business goes. We are usually in the office during the week. It’s a plain place, but it’s where we get things done. If you're walking around this part of Delhi, you've probably passed by our building already.
