Casa Slice

We are set up at Plot No. T-83 in West Patel Nagar. This is our little food spot called Casa Slice. We are right in the middle of a very lively neighborhood. It is not a huge fancy restaurant with a host or anything like that. It is just a small place where we spend our time in the kitchen making food. The ovens are usually running all day, so it stays quite warm inside. West Patel Nagar has a lot of foot traffic. This is great because we get to see a lot of the locals. We aren't a big chain or a corporate business. It is just a few of us trying to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have several orders at once. The kitchen feels even smaller then. We don't have a marketing team or a polished image. We just use the ingredients we have and try to do a good job with every order. The street outside can be very noisy with all the traffic and people shouting, but we have our own little rhythm inside. By the end of the shift, we are usually exhausted from being on our feet. We like talking to the regulars who live nearby. It makes the long hours feel worth it. The shop is simple, with just a few tables and the main counter. We just focus on the food and keeping the place going.
