Tr Constructions is over in East Delhi, right in Laxmi Nagar at Plot 65. Our office is on the first floor in N Block. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and people always moving around. We’ve been operating from here for some time now, focusing on construction projects around the city. It’s mostly just day-to-day management of labor and materials. You spend half your time on the phone and the other half looking at bricks. We don't try to sound like some big corporate entity because we aren't. We are just a group of people who know how to build things. Sometimes the supplies don't arrive on time or the rain stops us for a week, and you just have to deal with it. We handle the paperwork, the planning, and the actual building part too. It gets dusty and loud, but that’s just how this business is. My cousin used to say that construction is 90 percent waiting and 10 percent rushing, and he wasn't wrong. We just try to stay honest with our workers and the people we build for. If a wall is crooked, we fix it. It’s simple. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build solid houses and offices in Delhi. It’s steady work and we are glad to be doing it from our little spot in Laxmi Nagar. We will be here for the long haul to finish the jobs.
