You can find Total Foodservice Equipment Pvt. Ltd at A-15, in the lower ground floor at the front of the building in Hauz Khas. It’s a bit of a basement-style setup, which actually keeps it a little cooler during the hot Delhi summers. We deal with all the heavy gear that professional kitchens need to function. The space is pretty packed with ovens, mixers, and stainless steel tables. It’s not a shiny showroom, more like a working warehouse where things are always being moved around and sorted. Hauz Khas is a busy area, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We spend a lot of time checking the equipment and making sure the parts are all there. It’s mostly just a few of us working here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything fancy like that. Most of our day is spent talking to chefs or restaurant owners who need something fixed or a new piece of kit for their place. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors all know us. It gets a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in, but we make it work. We don’t really do fancy sales pitches. If a machine works, it works. We just try to keep things simple and honest. Being in the front of the lower ground floor makes it a bit easier to load stuff into the vans. We’re just here doing our job.
