You can find Appliances Emporium at 1847, Bhagirath Palace. If you know that area, you know it’s one of the busiest markets around. There’s always someone shouting, carts being pushed through the narrow lanes, and tons of people looking for deals. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We sell all kinds of home and kitchen appliances. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with boxes. Sometimes it feels like there’s barely enough room for two people to stand inside, but we make it work. We’ve been in Bhagirath Palace for years, so we’re used to the noise and the fast pace. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just open the shutters every morning and wait for people to come in. Most of the time, customers are looking for a specific brand or a particular spare part that they can’t find anywhere else. We try to keep a bit of everything in stock, though it can be hard to track what’s buried in the back of the shelves. Dealing with the wholesalers and the walk-in customers keeps us on our toes all day. It’s a lot of talk, a lot of bargaining, and a lot of moving heavy boxes around. It’s tiring, but it’s what we’ve always done. We aren’t a big chain, just a local shop in a big market.
