Bake & Safe Bakery Equipment

You can find us at Plot No. 46, which is right near the Primary School in the Matiyala Extn. It is a bit of a dusty area, especially when the weather is dry. We have been here for a while, dealing with all the stuff people need for bakeries. Bake & Safe Bakery Equipment is basically a big room full of ovens, mixers, and racks. It is not a shiny showroom like you might see in the middle of the city. We have the machines sitting on the concrete floor, ready to be checked or sent out. Being near the school means we hear the kids playing during their breaks, which is a nice change from the sound of testing the equipment. The space is a bit tight because these bakery machines are quite large and take up a lot of room. We spend our days moving things around to make space for new arrivals. Sometimes the power goes out in Matiyala, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It is a straightforward business. We show people how the timers work and how to keep the ovens clean. There is usually some flour dust on our clothes by the end of the day, even though we aren't the ones doing the actual baking. It’s just a regular local business helping other people get their shops started with the right gear.
