You can find us over in Vasant Kunj, up on the second floor of Plot No. 5 in Lsc Pocket 6&7. Being in Sector C means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity, so there is always noise from the street coming up through the windows. This isn’t a factory floor with heavy smoke; it’s more of an office where we coordinate everything for the machines out in the field. There are plenty of files stacked up on desks and people talking on phones about delivery dates or technical specs. We spend a lot of time staring at drawings and talking to the guys who actually operate the equipment. It gets a bit hectic when a customer has a machine down and they need a part right away. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a fountain, just some chairs and a lot of paperwork. Most of us have been in the machinery business for years, so we understand the headaches that come with big industrial gear. Even though we are part of a bigger name, this office feels like its own little world where we just try to keep things moving. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized, which isn't always easy when five things happen at once. It’s just a group of people trying to keep the wheels of industry turning from a second-floor office in a busy neighborhood.
