You can find us on the Second And Third Floor8 Kautilya Marg. It’s a nice area, quite different from the busier parts of the city. Tlgs Arthashastra 4.0 Llp occupies these two floors. Going up and down the stairs between the two levels is our daily exercise. The building is older but has a lot of character. We’ve got big windows that let in some light, which is nice in the winter. We keep things pretty simple. There are chairs, tables, and a small area where we make coffee. It’s not a corporate showroom. It’s just where we sit and think and get things done. Some of us prefer the second floor because it’s a bit quieter, while the third floor is where most of the talking happens. Kautilya Marg is a good street to be on. It’s easy to give people directions. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We’re more concerned with making sure we finish what we started. It’s a honest kind of place. We have a few files piled up in the corners and some old maps on the wall. It’s comfortable for us. We’ve made it our own over the months. It’s a steady place to be every day. We usually leave the windows open when the weather is good, even if a few pigeons try to fly in. It’s just part of being in an old building like this. We just keep working away.
