Tirupati Venkateshwar Coloniser LLP is located in room 609 of Naurang Bhawan. That’s at 21 K. G. Marg, right in the middle of Central Delhi. It’s a pretty famous street, so it’s easy for people to find us. The building is one of those older commercial structures that has a lot of history to it. We are on the sixth floor. 110001 is the heart of the city, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. Inside our office, it’s a bit more stable. We handle colonization projects from this small suite. It’s mostly desks, some old filing cabinets, and a view of the street below. We aren’t some high-tech startup with bean bags. It’s a traditional office space for people who just want to get their work done. We’ve been part of the Naurang Bhawan community for quite a while. The elevators can be slow sometimes, but we don’t mind. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. K. G. Marg is a busy place, but we’ve made our little corner in room 609 feel like home. We focus on our lists and our maps. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather put that into the business. There’s no big pitch here, just us in Central Delhi doing the daily work and keeping the records straight.
