You can find us at 20A/32B in Tilak Nagar. It's a standard neighborhood spot where we handle all sorts of accessories. We don't have a giant warehouse, just this place where we keep our stock and talk to people who come by. The street can get a bit congested during the afternoons, but that’s just how it goes around here. Most of our time is spent sorting through small items and making sure the counts are right. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. Having lived and worked in this area for quite a while, we know the regulars. A polished front office or a receptionist isn't really our style. Usually, whoever is closest to the door helps out. The shelves are pretty packed with boxes of different sizes. Sometimes we have to move three things just to get to one, but we have our own system. It's a small team here, just a few of us making sure things get shipped out on time. Marketing isn't something we focus on. Most people just know we are here at 20A/32B if they need something. It’s a practical setup for us. The lighting isn't the best in the back, but we get the job done. We just keep our heads down and work through the orders as they come in every day. The coffee machine is usually broken so we just get tea from the corner.
