Mcm Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. is based in C-303 of Palam Appartments in the Bijwasan area of New Delhi. Being so close to the airport means we hear planes taking off and landing all through the day, but you honestly stop noticing it after a few days of working here. The apartment is on the third floor, so we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the balcony door open. We’ve turned the living room into the main workspace where four of us sit with our laptops. The kitchen is mostly for making coffee and storing our lunch boxes. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it keeps things simple and easy to manage. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy lobby. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us in jeans and t-shirts just typing away or talking on the phone. We handle a lot of paperwork and digital files, so there are stacks of documents here and there that we need to organize eventually. The society is quite safe and we know the guards at the gate. It’s a decent place to work because it’s not as chaotic as the main city markets. We just come in, do our hours, and head home. It’s a very practical way to run a private limited company without spending too much on a big office or fancy furniture.
