THRIVING FARM BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED

The office is at 20A Rajpur Road, which is part of the Civil Lines area. It’s a bit quieter than the main markets, but still busy enough in the mornings. We have this old space where we keep all our files and some equipment. It’s not a very modern building, but it does the job for us. People think because of the name we only do farm work, but we are mostly involved in various building projects around North Delhi. Every day starts with checking the weather and seeing which site needs more attention. There are stacks of folders on the floor because we ran out of shelf space months ago. The windows look out onto the road, so we see a lot of traffic passing by while we work on our plans. It’s just a handful of us here, and we handle everything from the initial digging to the final brickwork. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or fancy signs. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s honest work that leaves you tired by the end of the day. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the billing or to talk to a supplier about some wood or cement that didn't show up on time. It is just the way the business works here, nothing too complicated or special about it, just building things step by step and dealing with things.
