TENJIKU REALBUILD LLP

Tenjiku Realbuild LLP operates out of a basement unit in Panchsheel Park. Specifically, we are at N-8, Unit No. 2. Being in the basement keeps things a bit cooler during the hot Delhi summers, which is nice. Panchsheel Park is a well-known part of South Delhi, but our space is quite modest. We don’t have windows looking out onto the street, so we rely on the lights inside to keep the place bright. It’s a quiet area compared to some other parts of the city, which helps us focus on our work. The address is 110017. We’ve set up our office with just the essentials—some desks, chairs, and a small area for tea. We don’t really do the whole corporate meeting room thing. If we need to talk, we just pull up a chair. People sometimes walk past the building and don’t even realize there’s an office down here. We like that it’s a bit tucked away. Getting to South Delhi can be a bit of a commute depending on where you're coming from, but once you’re here, the pace feels a little different. It’s a mix of residential peace and professional activity. We spend most of our hours down here in Unit 2, just getting things done and keeping our records in order. It's a simple life in a nice neighborhood, and it suits the way we work. We don't need much more than our workspace.
