Our office is set up at House Number 1516 over in Sector 5 of R.K. Puram. It’s a decent area in New Delhi and it feels a bit different than the really crowded parts of the city. We’ve been running Tekshiv Systems Pvt Ltd from this spot for some time now. It’s basically a converted house, which makes the whole work environment feel a bit more relaxed and less like a typical corporate setting. We don’t really go in for the whole high-pressure business vibe. Mostly, it’s just a group of us sitting around desks, handling various systems and technical requirements that come our way. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to others, but we still get our fair share of city bustle. We spend a lot of time on the computers and the phones, making sure everything is ticking along like it should. Sometimes we miss a call because we’re all tied up with a project, but we always try to get back to everyone as soon as we can. There isn’t a fancy sign outside or anything like that, just our work happening inside. We prefer to keep things low-key and just focus on the day-to-day tasks. If things get a bit messy or disorganized, we just take a Saturday to straighten it all out. It’s just how we operate. No big mysteries or corporate secrets, just a regular workplace in R.K. Puram where we try to stay busy.
