You can find us in Dwarka Sector-12, specifically at Plot No. 119 on the upper ground floor in Pkt-A. Finding the right pocket in Dwarka can be a little tricky if you’re not from around here, but once you’re in Sector-12, it’s not too bad. We call ourselves Teknobuilt Solutions, and we’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. The office isn’t huge, but we’ve managed to fit all our desks and equipment in there. We mostly deal with technical solutions for construction and building projects. It’s a lot of data, software, and planning. Some of us are always out at sites while the rest stay back to handle the paperwork and the digital side of things. It’s a balanced mix. We don’t go for the high-end office decor. It’s mostly just functional stuff that helps us work. The 110078 area is quite nice, with some decent parks nearby when we need a break from the screens. We started small and we’ve stayed that way on purpose because it’s easier to manage everything ourselves. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we have a big deadline, but we always pull through. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the technical side of building things and wanted to do it our own way here in New Delhi. It's a lot of typing and looking at models, but we like seeing the final results when a project gets finished.
