Technovate Esolutions Pvt. Ltd. is based out of K-178, Lane-1 in Mahipalpur. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s mostly about being close to the airport. Our office is in a bit of a tight lane, so parking is always a headache for us. We are a tech company, but we don't have those fancy offices with bean bags and free soda. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of wires. Most of our day is spent staring at screens or talking on headsets to people who need help with their software or internet stuff. The team here is a mix of young people and some of us who have been in the tech game for way too long. It gets quite loud in the office when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't do big corporate presentations. We just fix the problems that come our way. Mahipalpur is a busy place with people coming and going 24/7, so it feels right for a business that never really sleeps. Sometimes the power goes out and we all have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of life here. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to make sure the "e-solutions" part of our name actually happens for the people we work for. It’s hard work, but it keeps us on our toes.
