Technical Group For Solution

We are the Technical Group For Solution, based at House No. 7 in Meera Kunj. This is over in the Niloty Extension part of Nangloi. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren’t from this side of town. We operate out of a regular house, so it’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place. We handle a variety of technical issues that people run into. Usually, it’s things like fixing computers, looking at networking problems, or helping someone get their devices connected. We don't have a big corporate office or a lobby. You just come to the door and talk to us. We’ve lived and worked in Nangloi for years. We know the people here and they know we do honest work. Sometimes we’re out on a call, so the place might be quiet, but usually, there’s someone inside working on a repair. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sell you things you don't need. If a computer is old and not worth fixing, we will tell you that straight. It’s about being practical and helping out the neighbors. Our tools are well-used and our desks are crowded with spare parts. We just enjoy the process of figuring out how things work and putting them back together when they break. It is just how we do things here in Meera Kunj.
