Technical Associated Ltd is run by Rahul Yadav and we are based in Vaishali Phase-2. This is over in Ghaziabad. The address is E-86. It is a residential kind of area, so it stays fairly calm during the mornings. We have been in this part of UP for some time. Dealing with the daily commute around Vaishali can be a bit much, but we like being here. The space is simple. We have our desks and the usual equipment needed to keep things moving. There is nothing too formal about how we do things. We just show up and start on whatever is on the list for that day. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which is just part of living in Ghaziabad. We wait it out or find something else to do. Being at E-86 means we are close to some local shops, so grabbing lunch is easy. We don't have a big reception area or a team of people in suits. It is just us working through the technical stuff that comes our way. It feels like a normal neighborhood office. Most people around here are doing their own thing too. We focus on the work right in front of us. Rahul is usually around managing the bits and pieces. It is a small setup, but it works for what we do. No extra fluff or complicated rules around here.
