Project Engineer

The name Project Engineer is what we go by, and while our address is listed as being in the bio-data, it really reflects how our work is tied to our personal professional history. We started out as individuals with a set of skills and a background in technical fields, and over time, that bio-data turned into a full-time practice. We don't really have a traditional storefront with a big sign out front. Instead, we operate based on the experience we’ve gathered over the years in various engineering roles. It’s a bit of an unconventional way to list an address, but it shows that the business is built on the actual person doing the work. We spend our time going from one site to another, carrying our tools and our experience with us wherever the project happens to be. Our work involves a lot of technical oversight and making sure that the practical side of construction doesn't get lost in the paperwork. We handle the planning and the engineering tasks with a focus on what actually works on the ground. It’s about being there when people need you and showing up when there’s a problem to solve. We might be working from a home office or a temporary site shed, but the focus is always on the engineering challenges at hand. We don't need a fancy office to do the math or check that the walls are being built correctly. Our history and the projects we've finished are what really matter.
