Amit Engg Works

Amit Engg Works is based right here at CB-103 on the Ring Road in Naraina. It’s a noisy part of town, which fits right in with what we do every day. We’ve got machines running pretty much from morning until evening, so there’s always a bit of grease and metal shavings on the floor. It’s an engineering shop, so we don’t have a fancy office or a place for people to sit and have tea. Most of the time, we’re out on the floor working on parts or trying to fix a piece of equipment that decided to stop working. The building itself is older and has seen a lot of use over the years. We’ve got a small crew of guys who really know their way around a lathe and a welding torch. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with mission statements or shiny brochures. If you need something made or repaired, you just come by and we talk about it over the sound of the fans. The Ring Road is always jammed with traffic, so we’re used to the constant sound of horns and trucks passing by. It’s a practical, hardworking environment where we focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the metal holds up. Our desks are covered in blueprints and old coffee mugs, and that’s just how we like it. We’re just a local engineering shop doing our bit in Naraina.
