Up in Shahpur Jat, at number 118, that’s where Wsp Group is based. If you’ve ever walked through these narrow lanes, you know how easy it is to get lost, but we like it here. It’s an old village that turned into a business hub, so it has a lot of character. Our office is tucked away in one of those buildings that looks a bit worn on the outside but is full of life inside. We’ve got desks pushed close together and a lot of wires running across the floor. It’s a collaborative kind of place where everyone is always talking over each other to get things done. We handle various projects, and there’s always a bit of chaos when a deadline is approaching. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. The local cafes are where we spend our lunch breaks, usually talking about work even when we’re supposed to be resting. It’s a tight-knit team, and we’ve been through a lot of ups and downs together. The building is old, so the pipes sometimes creak, and the stairs are a bit steep. But it’s our space. We do what we do without making a big deal out of it. We just focus on the projects at hand and try to make sure everything turns out okay by the end of the day. It’s noisy and a bit messy, but it works for us.
