Team Leader

Team Leader is based out of Flat No-7 on Sardar Patel Marg. This is a pretty well-known road in New Delhi, but our place is tucked away. It’s an apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. It feels more like a home than an office, which is nice. We have a small table where we all sit and discuss what needs to happen for the day. There’s no big boss sitting in a corner office here. We’re all just in it together. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just someone lost, but usually, it’s just us. We don’t go for the fancy stuff. Our computer screens are a bit dusty and the chairs squeak a little. But the work gets done. We handle our tasks without making a big fuss about it. It’s just about being practical. We don't use those corporate buzzwords you hear in the movies. We talk like normal neighbors. If we make a mistake, we just fix it and move on. The area around here is nice with some trees, so it’s not all concrete. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and we know the local shops. It’s a steady routine. We show up, work hard, and try to keep things organized. It’s a quiet life, but we like it that way. No need for anything more complicated than that. We just focus on what is in front of us today.
