Team Leader

We are located at House Number 635/39 in Joor Bagh, which is part of Tri Nagar in Delhi 110035. It’s a lively neighborhood, to say the least. Team Leader has been operating from this specific house for a while now. We’ve converted a few rooms into a working office. It’s not a commercial plaza, so it feels a lot more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We like it that way. It keeps things relaxed. You might hear a pressure cooker whistling from a neighbor's kitchen or kids playing in the lane outside. Inside, we’re mostly focused on our computers and the paperwork that comes with the job. The rooms are a bit small, but we’ve made them work by being organized. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night; we mostly just tidy up ourselves. It’s a very hands-on environment. The walk from the main road to Joor Bagh is short, but it's always busy with street vendors. We usually grab some snacks from the local stalls in the evening. There’s no corporate dress code here. We just wear what’s comfortable and get the job done. It’s a straightforward way of working. Being at 635/39 means we are part of the local fabric. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a team doing our thing in Tri Nagar, day after day.
