Team Leader

Street Number 420 in Moti Nagar is where you’ll find our building, specifically at House Number 100. It’s a typical Delhi street—a bit narrow, always something going on, and lots of people moving about. Team Leader is based right here. We don't have a big sign with neon lights. It’s just an honest workspace where we handle our daily business. The office itself is quite plain. We have desks pushed against the walls to make the most of the space. It can get a bit loud when the neighbors are out on the street, but that’s just part of being in Moti Nagar. We have a small pantry area where we make tea and sometimes eat lunch together. It’s not the kind of place you see in movies about big tech firms. It’s real and a bit messy at times. There are files stacked in the corners and maybe a few stray pens on the floor. We work hard and don't worry too much about the aesthetics. The lighting isn't perfect, but it's enough for us to see what we're doing. We’ve been here at H. No 100 for a good stretch now. Most of us take the metro or a cycle-rickshaw to get here. It’s a practical location for what we do. We just keep our heads down and finish the tasks we started. No big speeches or complicated rules, just work.
