Tcs Architect

Tcs Architect is based out of Shop No 47 in K Block, Kailash Colony. It is more of a shop-front setup than a typical office building, which we like because people can just walk right in off the street. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood feels like home to us now. Being in a shop means we are right in the middle of everything. It can get a bit loud with the local market noise, but it is never boring. Our space is filled with the usual architect stuff—drafting boards, model materials, and a lot of pens that seem to go missing right when you need them. We do not go for that polished, corporate look. We would rather spend our time working on a client’s layout than worrying about the decor of our own office. People stop by all the time with questions about their houses or shops. We try to give them straight answers without using too much technical jargon. Architecture is mostly about making sure a space is useful and safe, and that is what we focus on. Some days we are out visiting sites across the city, and other days we are stuck here at Shop 47 until late at night finishing up a set of plans. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, but we appreciate the folks who trust us with their projects. We are just a local business trying to do right by our clients.
