Our setup is located in Rajokri, New Delhi, right near the Air Force Station Gate. We are based at Sri Harpal Singh Yadav’s property. It is an interesting spot because you can see the planes and the military activity nearby, which makes the neighborhood feel quite secure and disciplined. The office itself is quite plain. We are an associate firm doing architectural and planning work, so there are always blueprints and large-scale maps rolled up in the corners. The desks are usually covered in pens, scales, and half-finished drawings. We don’t really go in for expensive furniture or high-end decor. It is a place for working, not for showing off. The road outside can get a bit dusty, and sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we make it work. We have a small team here who just gets on with the tasks at hand. People from the neighborhood often drop by for a chat or to ask about local building rules. We keep things very informal. You won’t find any corporate mission statements on our walls, just calendars and maybe a few photos of projects we’ve finished. It’s a steady environment where we focus on the drafting and the details. Being near the Air Force gate means people rarely get lost trying to find us. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do every day without any unnecessary drama.
