A.A Design Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is located at B-93 in South Moti Bagh, New Delhi. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve turned the space into a working office. We’ve been here for a while now. The building is older but it holds up well enough for us. Inside, we have our drafting tables and some computers for the design work. It’s not a shiny studio with modern art on the walls or anything. It’s more of a functional space where we can actually get things done. South Moti Bagh is a good location, relatively central for getting around Delhi. We get a fair amount of light in the mornings which is nice for working on plans. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or work on hand sketches for a bit. There’s always a few rolls of drawings lying around on the floor or the tables. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. Most of the time, we’re just hunkered down over our drawings. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. We eat lunch together sometimes when things aren't too frantic. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it right without making too much of a fuss. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can think clearly. If you come by, just look for the number 93 on the gate.
