Tcs Architect

We are located at Shop No 47 in K Block of Kailash Colony. It’s a small shop space, but it’s enough for what we do at Tcs Architect. Being near Nehru Place means there is always a lot of technical stuff happening nearby, but Kailash Colony feels a bit more like a neighborhood. The shop is filled with rolls of blueprints, some old models, and a couple of drafting tables that have seen better days. We spend most of our time hunched over drawings or talking to contractors on the phone. It’s not a fancy studio with high ceilings; it’s a ground-floor shop where we actually get the work done. The lights are a bit bright, and there’s always the smell of ink and paper in the air. People from the colony often walk by and peek in, and we know most of the other shop owners on this row. We get our tea from the same guy every morning, and that’s usually when we plan out the day’s tasks. The space is tight, especially when we have visitors, but we make it work. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don’t put on any acts here; we just focus on the plans and the measurements. By the time we close up the shop in the evening, the street is usually quiet, and we head home to do it all again tomorrow.
