Our place is located at number 48 in New Lahore, Shastri Nagar, Delhi 110031. It’s a busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always something going on right outside our door. The office itself is quite small and a bit crowded with all the equipment we need to keep on hand for our daily tasks. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have been with us since we first started out. The floor is concrete and we try to keep it clean, but with people coming in and out all day, it’s a bit of a struggle. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby with a sofa. You just walk in and you’ll see us working at our stations. It’s New Delhi, so the noise from the scooters and the street vendors is just part of the background music for us. We drink a lot of chai from the shop nearby and sometimes order some samosas if we are working through lunch. We are just regular people who understand systems and how to make them work properly. We don't have any corporate slogans or a marketing team. We just focus on the job in front of us and try to get it done by the time the sun goes down. It’s an honest living and we’ve been doing it for quite a while now. The space isn't huge, but it's ours and it works for what we do every single day.
