Sys Infracon operates out of the ground floor at B-1 in Pandav Nagar. We’re right here in East Delhi, dealing with the daily grind of the construction business. Our space is pretty basic—just enough room for a few desks, some chairs, and a whole lot of files. We focus on infrastructure projects, which means we’re usually worried about things like drainage, roads, or the bones of a new building. It’s dusty work and it’s rarely easy, but we’ve been at it for a while now. The team is small, so everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. One day I might be arguing with a supplier about a late delivery, and the next day I’m helping the guys on-site because we’re short-handed. That’s just the way it is when you run a local business. We don't have any fancy mission statements or glossy brochures to hand out. If someone wants to know about our work, we just show them what we’ve built nearby. Pandav Nagar is a busy neighborhood, and being on the ground floor means people sometimes just pop in to ask a question or say hello. We like being part of the local scene. It’s not a glamorous life, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished structure. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
