You can find us over at D-II/261 on Vinay Marg. It’s right in the Chanakyapuri area of New Delhi, which is usually pretty quiet compared to the rest of the city. We’ve been running Sypnosis Infotech from here for some time now. It’s an IT setup, so there are always cables everywhere and the hum of servers in the background. We aren't one of those massive tech firms with thousands of employees. We’re just a small team working out of this space. Most of our day is spent staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It can be frustrating, but that’s just how tech goes. We don't really have a dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable and get to it. Sometimes we order tea from the guy down the street when the afternoons get long. Being in the 110021 area is nice because the roads are wide and there’s a bit more green around us. We don’t put out fancy brochures or try to sound like we’re changing the world. We just handle the infotech needs that come our way. If someone calls with a problem, we try to help them out without making it too complicated. It’s a practical way to run a business in the capital. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There isn't any corporate polish here, just a bunch of people and some computers trying to solve problems as they come.
