Getting to our place in Matiala Extension can be a bit tricky if you don't know the area. We are tucked away in Gali Number 3, right behind the government primary school in Uttam Nagar. You can usually hear the kids playing during their break time while we are inside working on the polishing machines and various tools. The workshop at B-29 is where everything happens. It isn't a massive factory, just a solid space where we keep the equipment and handle the repairs. Some days the dust from the polishing gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning up. We have been here for a bit now, and the neighbors all know us. If the delivery trucks struggle with the narrow lane, we just go out and help them guide the way in. It's a busy little corner of the world. We deal with lots of different metal parts and surface tools, so the benches are usually covered in whatever project is currently being worked on. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine for guests, just a stool if you need to wait while we check something for you. Most of the people who come here are looking for something specific for their own shops. It is a practical environment where we focus on getting the machines running right. It might get a bit loud with the motors going, but that's just the sound of work and getting things done.
