You can find SWANS DEVELOPER LLP on the third floor of Plot No. 10, which is situated in the Local Shopping Complex at B-1, Vasant Kunj. It is a bit of a climb up if the elevator is acting slow, but it is a good spot once you finally get there. We do a lot of development work from this office every day. Vasant Kunj is a well-known area in South West Delhi, and being in the shopping complex makes it very easy to grab a quick lunch or run errands during the break. Our office is basically just a few simple rooms where we keep our computers and all the project files. We do not have any big signs or bright neon lights outside. We just have our name printed on the door like everyone else. The team here is pretty small, and we have all known each other for many years. We spend a lot of time on the phone with architects and supervisors at the sites. It is a lot of coordination and making sure things happen on time. We do not really go for those fancy corporate slogans or mission statements. We just want to finish the development projects we started. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed but we definitely get our work done. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the local streets below. It is a practical space for a practical company. We just keep moving forward with our daily tasks.
