Svayambhu Arch Studio

We have been at C-12/C in Kiran Garden for quite some time now. If you are looking for Svayambhu Arch Studio, we are right near Metro Pillar-714 in the Uttam Nagar area. It is a busy part of Delhi but we have grown to like the energy here. We mostly do architecture work, like drawings and planning for houses and small local buildings. It started small and we just kept going with it year after year. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and site maps, but that is just how we work and it feels right to us. People often stop by to talk about their renovation ideas or new plots they just bought. We are not a big fancy firm with a lobby, just a few of us here making sure the designs make sense for the space people actually have. Delhi has a lot of rules about building and we try our best to keep up with all those regulations so things go smoothly for everyone. Most days we are out at construction sites or sitting here at our desks. If you live around Uttam Nagar, you probably know the area near the metro is always moving fast. We try to keep our heads down and get the plans done. It is nothing too complicated, just honest work on buildings. Stop by if you are in the neighborhood and need to chat.
