SUSHILP INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based at 264, Okhla Industrial Estate, right in Phase-III. It’s a very busy industrial hub in South Delhi. Sushilp Infra has been here for a while, and the location is great for being near other businesses. The building itself is sturdy and handles the daily grind well. Inside, the office is pretty much what you’d expect for an infra firm. We have desks, some sturdy chairs, and shelves full of technical manuals and project binders. It can get pretty loud during the day with all the traffic and nearby factory work, but that’s just the nature of Okhla. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or a breakroom with a pool table. We mostly just have a small corner where we make tea and eat our lunch. The team is a mix of people who have been in the industry for years. We talk a lot about logistics and how to get things from point A to point B. Sometimes we stay late when a project is reaching a deadline, and the whole area feels a bit different when the sun goes down. Getting around here is best done on a scooter or by walking if you’re close, as the car traffic can be a nightmare. It’s a real working environment where people focus on the task at hand. We like being in the middle of all the action.
