We are located over at Sanjay Camp in Chanakyapuri. It’s an interesting area because it’s right in the middle of everything in South Delhi. We work as contractors, so our days are filled with managing different sites and making sure the labor is on track. It’s a lot of manual work and managing people. Some mornings we are at the camp early to get things organized before the heat kicks in. We don't have a big, fancy office with air conditioning everywhere. It’s a practical space where we can meet and figure out the day’s logistics. We’ve been doing this for a good amount of time now. The guys who work with us are like family, we’ve been through a lot of tough projects together. Sometimes the materials don't show up, or the plans change at the last minute, and we just have to pivot. It can be stressful, but we like the work. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just take on contracts and try to finish them as best as we can. Every project has its own set of problems, and we just solve them one by one. It’s a lot of walking around and checking things. At the end of the day, we’re just glad to have the work and to be part of the local community here in Chanakyapuri. There's always something to do, and we just get on with it without making a fuss.
