Supervisor

We are based out of Lane 5, Street 1A in Mahipalpur, which is a pretty crowded part of New Delhi. Being a supervisor here means there is always something to look after. The office is right in the middle of all the action, near the airport and all the hotels. It is a lot of walking around and making sure the staff is doing what they are supposed to do. We don't have a fancy setup, just a basic room with some chairs and a table where we keep the logs. Mahipalpur is a fast-paced place, so something is always happening. We deal with schedules, deliveries, and the general day-to-day problems that pop up in any business. It can get dusty and noisy with all the construction and traffic nearby, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend much time sitting down. Usually, we are out on the street or checking in on different sites. It’s practical work. There isn't any corporate talk here, just direct instructions and getting things finished on time. We've been in this specific lane for a while, so we know the other business owners around here. It’s a tight-knit spot despite how busy it looks. We just focus on keeping things moving and making sure the work gets done right the first time around. We keep our tools and paperwork organized as best as we can in the small space.
