Suntec Enterprises

Suntec Enterprises is based right in the heart of Karol Bagh on Abdul Aziz Road. We’re on the first floor, rooms 10172 and 10173/A, which sounds a bit complicated but once you’re near the Bikaner Wala, it’s easy to spot. Being in this part of Delhi means there’s never a quiet moment. There are always people shouting, horns honking, and the smell of street food drifting up to our windows. We do a bit of everything here in terms of trade and business. The office is usually packed with boxes and paperwork piled up on the desks. We don’t have fancy decorations; it’s mostly just functional furniture and a few fans to keep the heat away. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to folks who walk in off the street. It’s a very hands-on way to work. Sometimes the stairs are a bit steep when we’re carrying heavy things up, but we’re used to the climb. We’ve known the other shopkeepers on this road for years. It feels like a small community even though it’s a massive city. We just open up the shutters every morning and see what the day brings. There’s no big corporate strategy here. We just try to be fair with everyone we deal with and make sure we don't lose track of our orders. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes.
