We have shelves filled with samples and boxes stacked up against the walls. It’s a working space, so it often looks a bit cluttered with all the export documents and items we are handling. We don't have any corporate polish or a big team of people in suits. It’s just a few of us who have been working together for years. We spend our days checking over the goods and making sure everything is ready for shipping. The traffic around Chirag Delhi can be a real mess in the afternoons, so we try to get our deliveries out early if we can. We don't use big marketing words. We just do the work we have in front of us. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage. We like the local vibe of the area and knowing the other shop owners nearby. It’s just a regular, practical business that’s been part of this neighborhood for a long time. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. We take our tea breaks outside and watch the world go by.
