We’ve been based at 11/1 Subhash Nagar for quite some time now. Even though our name says "International," it really feels like a small family operation when you walk through the door. The office is a bit cluttered with folders, samples, and old registers. We don’t have those modern open-plan spaces you see in magazines. Instead, it’s just rooms filled with desks and a lot of paper. We handle a variety of goods, and things are always coming and going. Sometimes it’s hard to keep track of every single box, but we somehow manage to get everything where it needs to go. The neighborhood of Subhash Nagar is pretty familiar to us, and we know most of the people on our block. We aren’t really into big marketing schemes or anything like that. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our sign for years. The tea boy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break and sit on the steps. It’s a quiet kind of work, mostly involving phone calls and checking lists. We don’t pretend to be some giant corporation. We’re just a local group of people doing business from our corner of the city. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening, which is all we really want.
