Subey Indiasubey India Estates Llp operates out of the DLF Tower on Shivaji Marg, specifically in room DSM 538. It’s a pretty standard office building in New Delhi, and we’ve gotten used to the daily rhythm of the elevators and the crowded parking lot. Most of our day is spent dealing with estate matters, which involves a lot of looking at spreadsheets and talking to various people about land and buildings. The office itself is functional, with a few filing cabinets that are starting to get too full and some chairs that have seen better days. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing here. We are just regular people who know the local estate market quite well. Shivaji Marg is a busy stretch, and there’s always something happening outside our window, which keeps things interesting. We handle the paperwork, the site visits, and all the small details that come with managing property. It can be a bit tiring some days, especially when the summer heat is bad, but we stick to our schedule. We don't make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about being here at the desk, taking care of the tasks as they come in. We’ve found that being straightforward and keeping things simple works best for us and the people who come to see us at the tower. We finish up every evening by making sure everything is locked up tight.
