Street Talk Designers Apparels is located at 1406- A/13 in the Govind Puri area of Kalkaji. This part of the city is always moving, and our little place is right in the middle of it. We are a small team and we spend most of our time at the worktables. It is not a high-end studio with mirrors and fancy lights. Instead, you will see sketches pinned to the walls and thread everywhere. We focus on the design and assembly of different apparel items. It can get pretty cramped when a new shipment of fabric arrives, but we make it work. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words to describe what we do. We just make clothes. Some days are better than others, especially when we are trying to meet a deadline and the electricity is being temperamental. The people who work here live nearby and we have all been doing this for a long time. We know the ins and outs of the garment business in Kalkaji. We don't do much in terms of promotion. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past our unit. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment. We keep the machines running and the coffee hot. That is pretty much our daily life here in Govind Puri. We take the work as it comes and keep the floor moving.
