Finding us at 313/104D Gali No.17 in Tulsi Nagar can be a little tricky if you don't know Inder Lok well. It’s a narrow street but it’s where we’ve set up Standard Enterprises India. We’ve got a small space here, filled with stuff we need for our daily tasks. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock, but we manage. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so there’s always something going on. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one by the door. Most of our work is done at the back tables. We aren't the type to wear suits or have formal meetings. Usually, we just sit around the main desk with a cup of tea and talk about what needs to be finished. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it hasn't happened yet. We’re more focused on getting things shipped out. We deal with all sorts of people and most of them have been coming to us for years. It’s a local operation. We don’t use any complicated systems, just a notebook and some grit. If the rain is heavy, the street gets a bit muddy, but we still show up. It’s a decent place to work and we know the regulars who pass by. We just take things one day at a time here and hope for the best.
