Nazirbandh Lane in Bankura is where we are based. It’s in the Doletala area. The lane is one of those typical narrow spots where everyone knows everyone else. Ssp Pvt Ltd has been here for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this part of West Bengal. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all our work happens. We spend our mornings going through whatever came in the day before. The humidity in Bankura can be a bit much in the summer, but we have some fans going and we just keep at it. Our team is quite small, and we don't have a lot of formal meetings. Most of the time, we just talk across the room to get things sorted. It’s more efficient that way for us. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive branding inside the office. We'd rather just have good tools and enough space for our paperwork and files. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical local issues, like a slow delivery or a rainy day that keeps everyone inside. But we mostly just stick to our routine. Doletala is a decent place to be located. It’s central enough for us to manage everything. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that gets the work done day after day. It’s a simple life.
