Our factory is at 9/53 in the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area. If you’ve been around this part of Delhi, you know how packed it gets with all the furniture shops and small industries. We focus on packaging. It’s a lot of cardboard, tape, and machines that wrap things up. The floor is usually covered in offcuts and rolls of material. It’s a busy place, especially when we have big orders coming in. We’ve been operating here for years. It’s a family-run kind of vibe even though we are a private limited company. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our customers just come to the back to see the samples and talk about what they need for their products. We make sure things are packed tight so they don't break. It’s simple but important. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves, which keeps things interesting. Kirti Nagar is a tough place to navigate with all the traffic, but we manage. We’ve got a good crew of workers who have been with us for a long time. They know the machines better than anyone. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. Every day is different, depending on what our customers are shipping out. We just try to keep up with the demand and make sure the quality is okay. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure we have enough material for the next day's run.
