Our place is located at KH NO. 37/12 in Kaushik Enclave. It is the ground floor office, specifically Khata Khatauni No. 238/245, right in Block B. We use the local landmark to help people find us since the street names can get a bit confusing around this part of Delhi. SSKT BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED has been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a working office, so there is usually some dust on the desks and stacks of plans everywhere. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest just goes to the door and sees who it is. Being in the 110084 area means we see a lot of the local growth happening firsthand. Construction work is never really finished. There is always a new project or a repair that needs looking at. We spend a lot of time checking on the sites near the enclave. It’s hard work, and the sun can be really brutal during the summer months. We drink a lot of chai and just get on with the tasks for the day. Our address is easy to find if you know the landmark. We don’t bother with big signs, just a small plate with the company name on it. Most of our tools stay out at the sites. We prefer it that way. Keeping things local makes it easier to keep an eye on everything.
