Operating out of Flats 62 and 63 in Sector 7, Pocket II of Dwarka, we have a space that works well for us. It’s a quiet residential pocket, which is nice because it keeps the distractions down. We combined the two flats to make enough space for our drafting tables and the computer stations. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the shelves and storage for our materials. We’ve been here for several years now and have grown fond of the neighborhood. You can usually find us here from early morning until late evening. We don't really have a corporate vibe at all. It feels more like a home that turned into an office, which is basically what happened. There are always coffee mugs sitting around and stacks of site drawings. We spend a lot of time talking about how to make spaces work better for the people using them. It’s practical work. We don't go in for big presentations or flashy brochures. People usually find out about us from their friends or neighbors who we’ve worked with before. Dwarka is a big place, but our little corner of Sector 7 is pretty peaceful. We like that we can walk to the local market if we need anything. It’s just a regular group of people trying to do a good job on every project that comes through the door. It works out well for everyone involved in the end.
