Sr Tour Travel Services operates out of the Shriram Business Centre in Krishna Market. If you know Lajpat Nagar- I, you know it’s always moving and full of noise. Being in the market means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s convenient for people running errands who just want to pop in and ask about a trip. The office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit a few desks and a lot of brochures into the space. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules on the computer. It gets quite loud outside with the market crowds, but we’re used to it by now. We handle travel stuff for people who want to go somewhere without doing all the searching themselves. Usually, there’s tea being passed around and someone talking about train or flight timings. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a functional room where we keep track of bookings. We’ve been in Krishna Market for a good bit, and we know many of the shopkeepers around us. It’s a tight-knit community in this part of Lajpat Nagar. People come in with all sorts of questions about where to go and how to get there. We just sit down, look at the options, and try to give them some clear answers. It’s busy work but it keeps things interesting every day.
