We’ve been sitting in this office at Pearls Business Park for a while now. If you’ve ever been to Netaji Subhash Place, you know how packed it gets around here. Our spot is on the 4th floor, room 406. It’s mostly just us sitting around desks, talking on phones, and looking at property maps or floor plans. Dealing with real estate isn't always pretty. There’s a lot of running around, showing people buildings, and trying to figure out if a plot is actually worth the money. We get a lot of people coming in with questions about buying or renting. Some days are just filled with paperwork that never seems to end. We drink way too much tea from the stall downstairs. The lift in this building is usually busy, so we end up waiting a lot. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical place where we get the work done. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Most of our time is spent making sure the numbers add up for the clients. It’s noisy outside with all the traffic in Pitampura, but inside we just focus on the files. Sometimes we stay late when a deal is close to finishing. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the local market well enough to tell you what's what. That’s pretty much how we run things every day.
