Canvas Events

At Canvas Events, we operate out of our space at F-8 in Kalka Ji. This area is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is where we do all the prep work for various gatherings and functions. We have been doing this for a while, and the walls are covered with notes and photos from past setups we’ve done. It’s not a large place, but it serves us well for meeting people and talking through their plans. Whether it’s a small birthday or something a bit bigger, we spend a lot of time on the phone with decorators and caterers. Kalka Ji is a good spot because we are close to a lot of our suppliers. Some days are very slow, and we just sit around cleaning up the inventory. Other days are a complete mess with people coming in and out and equipment being loaded. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do a decent job so that people come back to us next time they have a celebration. We don't have a big philosophy or anything. We just listen to what people want, tell them what we can do, and then we try to make it happen within their budget. It’s a practical business. We deal with real problems like weather changes or a delivery being late, and we just figure it out as we go along.
